My ADHD coaching might be a fit if:
You “know what to do” but still don’t do it
You start things and don’t finish
You feel behind, overwhelmed, or inconsistent
You’ve done therapy and gained insight—but daily life still isn’t working
You’re tired of feeling like you’re the problem
You don’t need more motivation
you need better design.
My name is Christopher (Martian) Kaminski. I’m a systems-focused ADHD coach based in Durham, NC.
I commonly work with people who understand their ADHD but are still struggling to live the life they want. I also work with newly diagnosed people and people without a diagnosis that can relate to these struggles.
My approach combines positive psychology, deep ADHD knowledge, collaborative insight, and systems thinking. That means we don’t just talk about what’s happening—together we redesign the systems that are driving it. I pair deep insight through awareness with co-created experiments to your systems.
I’m also an active member of the Durham queer community, and I work through a gender-affirming, neurodivergent lens. You won’t have to explain yourself here. This is collaborative work.
No fixing. No judgment. Just building something that actually works for you.
What I Believe
I believe that most people that struggle with ADHD are trying to fix themselves. That might be the wrong target.
Behavior doesn’t come from willpower. It comes from systems—your environment, your structure, your expectations, your energy, your identity.
When those systems don’t fit your brain, your behavior will look like failure.
When they do fit, things start working.
That’s the shift.
This approach aligns with strengths-based psychology—real change comes from building on what works, not obsessing over weaknesses
Your brain isn’t broken. Your systems might be.
Recognize Yourself here?
You procrastinate—even on things you care about
You avoid email, admin, or “simple” tasks
You feel overwhelmed by multi-step projects
You’re inconsistent—some days great, some days stuck
You feel shame about how you operate
You’ve tried systems… and they didn’t stick
This isn’t about discipline.
It’s about fit.
